All TV frames are custom-made to your specific measurements and design preferences. Each piece is handcrafted to fit your individual TV model and style selection.
As this is a bespoke product, it is not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless there is a clear manufacturing fault.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate measurements of their TV. Please ensure the dimensions you submit are correct and final. We recommend measuring twice.

Our custom TV frames are designed for decorative purposes and to fit securely around your
TV screen. We do not offer wall-mounting services or guarantee compatibility with all TV wall
mounts or accessories.

We use high-quality framing materials, and minor variations in grain, texture, or colour may occur due to the natural characteristics of wood or finishes. This is not considered a fault but a part of the product’s handmade uniqueness.
Once your order is placed and in production, please call or email us at info@opticonframing.com.au within 24 hours to make any changes. No changes or cancellations can be made after 24 hours. Please review your order details carefully before confirming.
Typical production time is 2–4 weeks from the date of final confirmation. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to material availability, but we’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
Frames are covered by a 12 months workmanship warranty for manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage from incorrect installation, misuse, or accidental damage.
