Online orders are generally dispatched from our Distribution Centre within two business days. All customers are supplied a tracking number once their order has left our Distribution Centre. The estimated time for delivery for metropolitan cities in Australia is 5 business days, and 7 business days for regional Australia.
Online Purchases
Please phone our customer care line (03) 9465 5729 and we will make shipping arrangements for the return of your item. When the product is received and authorized as faulty we will arrange for either replacement product or full credit excluding shipping costs. The replacement product or credit will be at the discretion of Opticon Framing. Without the consent of Frames Now any shipping costs incurred for returned product will be at the shipper’s expense.
In-store Purchases
Simply return the product to any Opticon Framing store and we will replace any product that is faulty or is not as represented.
Opticon Framing has a no fuss exchange policy for customers that have had a change of mind for style or size for standard products (Custom picture framing and components excluded). Any shipping costs incurred for returned product will be at the shipper’s expense.
This is valid for 30 days from the original purchase. Products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
If the item to be exchanged is of lesser value than the original purchase a store credit or gift voucher will be issued for any difference less than $10.00.
